Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the beans, cacao, date paste and almond butter in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and mix in the maple syrup, applesauce, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk into the bean mixture until smooth. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
Step 3
Line a 8”x8” square baking pan with parchment and pour in the batter. Top the batter with remaining chocolate chips and the walnuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies have firmed up. Allow to completely cool before slicing.
