Nourishing Lab delivers simple, individual nutritional advice and support designed for real life. With the latest research and whole-food principles, and a non-judgmental, empathetic approach, I help women and families make realistic, lasting changes to lead more vibrant lives.

I combine classic and holistic nutrition principles to help clients reset their health. My signature programs draw on research and my own health journey to help you begin, and stick with it.

  • Identify 1-3 personalized recommendations to kickstart wellness
  • Build strategies for optimum health and wellness, tailored to you

We’ll choose from a menu of topics to target your areas of concern, such as digestion issues, low energy, weight loss, sugar cravings, pantry restyling and grocery store navigation.

Wellness is more than eating less and exercising more; it’s making nutrient-dense foods a daily habit. I’ll help you find nourishing foods that deliver balanced moods, healthy skin, steady energy levels, a stronger immune system and a more robust digestive system.

For Families

It’s all about you—and your family. Whether you choose a kickstart session or a package of ten, I begin by getting to know you, your family’s health history and current concerns. With information on your lifestyle, cooking habits, energy level and food preferences, I will help you:

  • Build effective strategies for optimum health and wellness, tailored to your family

From here, we’ll create a Nourishing Starting Plan. That’s a deeper dive. We’ll figure out what to add or subtract from your Nourishing Plate to boost wellness. You’ll get personalized recommendations, a family-friendly (read: fussy-eater-proof) menu plan and some new-to-you wholesome food options.

Future sessions can be tailored based on your goals. These may include a one-on-one pantry restyling session at your home, a primer on teen health or a focused session on gut health.
