NL’S Almond Protein Bars

Have you ever wondered what’s really in those protein bars you see at the grocery store? They’re often packed with refined sugar and other unhealthy ingredients like flavorings, high oleic sunflower oil, palm kernel oil, dried cane syrup, and soy lecithin.

But don’t worry, I have a delicious protein bar recipe that’s free of all that junk and perfect for a quick, nourishing snack. Simply chop the following ingredients in a food processor, press them into a parchment-lined container, and freeze for 20 minutes. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!

Enjoy!
