gratitude

As the holidays approach, we’re bombarded with messages of “artificial happiness” – picture-perfect decorations and pressure to spend. But what if true joy lies elsewhere?

The Power of Gratitude:

Research shows that practicing gratitude, even during challenging times, can make a real difference. Simply acknowledging the good things, big or small – a beautiful sunrise, a kind gesture – can lead to reduced stress, better sleep, and a stronger mind and body.

Think of gratitude as a daily habit, like brushing your teeth. Experts recommend writing down three things you’re grateful for each day. Include specifics and acknowledge the people who contribute to your well-being.
