Watermelon Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups Cubed Watermelon
1 Avocado, cubed
¾ cup cubed Celery
1 large Cucumber, cubed
⅓ cup sliced Red Onion
Optional: Fresh herbs like chopped Basil

Directions:

Combine the watermelon, celery, cucumber and red onion in a bowl. Allow it to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Gently fold in the cubed avocado. Enjoy thisor add in your favorite herbs. This salad is refreshing served with a piece of grilled meat or over baby spinach or arugula.
