Banana Cacao Muffins

Moist and delicious cacao and banana muffins without refined sugar. great for breakfast on the run and for the kiddos.
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; line 10 muffin tins with paper liners.
- Place bananas, eggs, honey and vanilla in a food processor or blender –blend till smooth.
- Scrape down the sides and add the remaining ingredients.
- Blend again, scraping down the sides once or twice if needed.
- Transfer batter to your prepared muffin tins and bake for18 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool muffins in the tins on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from tins to cool completely.
